The Secretariat of the National Committee for Information and Public Opinion (NCIPO) has confirmed that the posting of a video of people being held captive in a casino building was not an event in Cambodia, but rather an incident that occurred in Laos.
The Secretariat of the National Committee for Information and Public Opinion (NCIPO) considers this to be malicious propaganda by an ideological group that distorts information to cause chaos, hostility, poison society, blame the authorities, and tarnish Cambodia’s reputation.
The Secretariat of the National Committee for Information and Public Opinion (NCIPO) would like to appeal to citizens not to misunderstand and stop spreading and sharing this information.
