The Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF), General Vong Pisen, has extended his “highest appreciation” to General Hj Mohd Nizam Jaffar, Chief of Defence Force Malaysia and Head of the Peace Talk Agreement, for his “remarkable effort” in facilitating the Extraordinary General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting between Cambodia and Thailand from 4–7 August in Kuala Lumpur.
