The Ministry of Commerce and PTT (Cambodia) are engaging in a collaborative effort to promote Cambodian products by featuring them for sale at the Café Amazon branches and convenience stores located at PTT gas stations across 19 provinces and the capital city.
This commitment was established during a meeting convened on 6 February, presided over by Tor Pila, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and attended by senior officials from the Capital-Provincial Department of Commerce, as well as representatives from PTT (Cambodia).
The primary objective of this meeting was to evaluate performance, identify challenges, and determine suitable gas station locations that will facilitate the sale of Cambodian products throughout 19 provinces and the capital. Delegates from the Capital-Provincial Departments of Commerce articulated requests and challenges concerning the initiative.
On January 17, the Ministry of Commerce and PTT (Cambodia) formalised their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at enhancing the promotion and sales of Cambodian products at PTT gas stations’ Café Amazon branches and convenience stores nationwide. AKP
